Bersian is a restaurant created with the owners’ desires to introduce a 
different taste to the people of Puerto Princesa, to both locals and tourists alike. A taste that is unique and full of flavors. Mediterranean Cuisine is the way of cooking of countries within the vast area of the Mediterranean Basin.

 

Bersian is more focused on the Eastern Mediterranean part, which is described by the culinary traditions of Greece and some Middle Eastern countries. It is characterized by the extensive use of spices, aromatic flavors, olive oil, lemon, some dairy products and fresh vegetables.
 

We will be serving food that is made fresh daily and mostly from scratch. We will be using less salt, no MSG, no artificial flavorings and no preservatives. The food will get its taste from the different spices and natural ingredients. It is our objective to make people experience the authentic taste of Mediterranean food that do not only taste good, but also a healthier choice and affordable.
